Hi, I'm Sean Williams, the owner of Mr. Mold, and I’m proud to call the Pacific Northwest my lifelong home. Born and raised here, I’ve always appreciated the beauty of our region — but I also know firsthand the challenges that come with our damp climate and constant moisture. That’s what led me into this line of work over a decade ago.

I’m a father, son, brother, and fiancé, and those roles have shaped who I am both personally and professionally. Family means everything to me, and it’s at the heart of how I run my business. When someone calls Mr. Mold, I don’t just see a job — I see a family or homeowner dealing with a stressful situation, and I take that responsibility seriously.

With more than 10 years of experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, structural drying, and related services, I’ve built a reputation for being reliable, thorough, and fair. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from small residential cleanups to large-scale restoration projects, and I’ve learned that success isn’t just about fixing a problem — it’s about earning trust.

At Mr. Mold, my goal is to combine professional expertise with a personal touch. I understand that inviting someone into your home means putting faith in their skill and integrity. That’s why I’m committed to clear communication, honest assessments, and doing the job right the first time.



Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the same PNW landscapes that inspire me every day. This business isn’t just my career — it’s my way of helping people protect what matters most: their homes, their health, and their peace of mind.
