Water Damage

Any time you are dealing with water in your home, time is of the essence! The longer water sits, the more likely it is to cause irreversible and devastating damage to your home.

This service may include:

  • Water extraction and dehumidification of area(s)
  • Moisture inspection(s)
  • Drying out area(s), may include dry chamber
  • Monitoring area(s) as drying process
  • Remove any non-dryable items

Sewage Clean Up

Find yourself with a sewage situation? This type of situation can be extremely dangerous for not only your homes health, but your health as well. This service may include:

  • Evacuation of all humans and pets
  • Full inspection of area(s)
  • If source has not been found, identify source of sewage
  • Containment setup
  • Water and Sewage removal
  • Removal of all materials affected by sewage
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting contaminated area(s)
  • Drying

Structural Drying

From the crawlspace to living spaces to the attic, Mr. Mold can dry it all! After a water damage or sewage clean up, drying is an essential part of the process. This service may include:

  • Heat-based or desiccant system with appropriate ducting to dry all structural materials and flooring
  • Use of dehumidifiers and/or air movers with appropriate dry chambers to dry affected area(s)
  • Monitoring and adjusting equipment on site to ensure the drying process is progressing

Smoke and Odor Elimination

Bad odors are caused by all sorts of things. Some examples are cigarette smoke, pet urine, cooking, or mold. Unpleasant odors can linger for long periods if not handled using the proper cleaning techniques. This service can be done to homes and vehicles. This service may include:

  • HEPA Air scrubber

  • Cleaning and treating affected areas such as windows, doors, walls. floors, carpets, etc.

Emergency Services

Mr. Mold is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services. What qualifies as an emergency service?

  • Flooding with standing water in or under home
  • Sewage backup in or under home
